Good news: only two months remain until the opening notes of the 27th
edition of Les FrancoFolies de Montréal presented by Bell in collaboration
with Ford of Canada! Better yet, fans can already plunge into this
major celebration of francophone music as we unveil the festival’s indoor
program. Fans of music en français will be thrilled to discover these sixty
shows spotlighting every genre, from chanson to rock and hip-hop, premieres,
farewell concerts and anniversary shows, special onstage creations
and long-awaited returns, with accents from here, there and everywhere.
And now it’s time to draw up your own dream schedule of concerts
from June 11 to 20—it’s the perfect way to welcome summer!

The Ford Rising Star: make way for our singer-songwriters!

The Ford Rising Star contest is back for its 4th edition… with a new formula that puts the accent on the creativity of Quebec singer-songwriters, with Les soeurs Boulay as offi cial spokeswomen. Prizes include a solo concert at the Francos 2016, a mentorship, a professional recording session, $2500 offered by Ford and grants from CKOI 96,9. Registration:

5th edition of Les Rendez-vous Pros des Francos

Les Rendez-vous Pros welcomes over 150 professionals (programmers, agents, managers, Quebec and foreign media…) for an entire week of performances by up-and-coming talents, cocktails for accredited professionals and workshops on topics relevant to the music industry.
